Description

THIS ENTIRE SECTION OF SEMMES AVE HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY MAINTENANCE WORKERS AND IMPROPERLY REPAIRED. THERE ARE TOO MANY POTHOLES, DIPS, CRACKS, BUMPS, AND UNEVEN ROAD SURFACE TO EVEN BEGIN TO COUNT. THE PATCH REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE (ON BOTH SIDES OF SEMMES) LOOK LIKE THEY'VE BEEN DONE BY A GROUP OF 7 YEAR OLD KIDS.
