Description

Existing storm drain inlet is clogged and the north bound Chippenham on-ramp from east-bound Huguenot Road floods during periods of heavy rain. Northbound on-ramp flooded again on 7/11/18. Inlet still clogged. Ramp flooded again on July 17th, 2018 - Storm inlet still clogged.
