Description

A citizen reported flooding occurred on Dunston Ave (3718 Dunston Ave) on 6/21/18, possibly due to clogged storm drain. Citizen request the DPU investigate and perform drainage repairs.

    Service Request has been received and dispatched to Field Supervisor for assessment. Please allow 15 days for Supervisor to complete assessment. Supervisor will contact requester upon completion of assessment.

    Invetsigation of this complaint found no clogged basin and the flooding was storm intensity related, which caused Reedy Creek to flood and over top its banks and flood all of Dunston Ave. This flooding wasa capacity and intensity issue and not an impairment in the system. This request shall be closed.
