Description
Whitehead Road between Greenbank Road and Derwent Road at the bottom of the hill. Across the entire lane = 8 to 10 ft long, 1-2 inches deep. Along the center line of the road = 8 to 6 ft 1.5 - 2 ft wide, 1-2 inches deep Makes a T. Also, a pothole directly across from this road damage that is about 1.5 - 2 feet across and 1-3 inches deep.
