Description
The are no side walks on Dock and Main Street, people are walking in the streets because the grass is tall and there are no cleared side walks or side walks at all. Do the city plan to put side walks in the budget?? Hopefully no one will get hurt before the City of Richmond, VA see the need to put side walks down. The Shiplock apartments grass is tall near the curb, not sure if it's a side walk or not. No one is cutting the grass. Thanks
