Description
The traffic signal for commuters turning (left) west onto Main Street from 14th Street has the capability of being a leading green intersection, however, recently the leading green functionality was removed. During the morning rush hour traffic, frequently only one vehicle can make the turn off of 14th onto Main Street due to oncoming traffic. It would be helpful to have someone review that intersection to determine whether or not the leading green functionality could be restored
