Description

Ms. Gray visited with residents on the 2600 block of Kensington Avenue recently. They showed her a city tree on the right-of-way at 2607-2609 Kensington Avenue that appears be dead. It is still standing, however its branches have been dropping. Could you take a look and determine whether the tree will be designated for removal?
