Description

Hi. There is a tree along the boulevard in front of my home at 4515 E. Seminary Avenue that appears to be in need of major pruning or removal. It keeps dropping large dead branches onto the sidewalk and into the street and on top of my car. Trying to determine what needs to be done. Thanks in advance.
