Constant standing water in the gutter of the SE corner of intersection causing muddy debris impeding pedestrian traffic and also a harbor for mosquitos

    There are no storm drains and therefore no storm drain malfuntions at this particular intersection's S.E. corner. In lieu of this discovery I, A. Riccio will be closing this request and alerting DPW Street Sweeping of this situation.
