Description

Please remove the stump in front of 4315 Hanover Avenue. The Tree was removed several weeks ago and the stump has not been removed. My neighbor's city tree was removed and the stump was removed the next day. 4300 Block of Hanover Avenue has several stumps that need removal, 4313, 4314 and 4315.
