Tree is dying with many dead limbs and branches, some falling, others tangled up inside the structure of the tree waiting to fall. Maybe it can be pruned to get a few more years out of it; maybe not. Tree ID 73035 Address 1829 Hanover Ave Species Ulmus rubra I am beginning to feel like the tree 'narc' but to be honest, these trees have needed help for a while now and there was no effective way of asking for help.
