The Drainage Ditch dirt has washed away from under asphalt ditch leaving large, deep hole from the recent storm water run-off.

M The asphalt ditch and the edge of the road has broken up and needs to be redefined and replaced with asphalt in to the wooded area 2 feet pass the hydrant.
