Description
There has been a temporary stop sign on Fernleigh Drive at Ellsworth Road for over 2 months. This is a four way stop and many visitors use this road. The sign blows down in storms and this creates a dangerous situation when drivers on Ellsworth are expecting the driver on Fernleigh to stop. Why is it so hard for Richmond to replace a simple stop sign?
