Description
Heavy rains have scoured out a section of asphalt that covers an embankment to an open culvert/ditch. The asphalt surface allows the street rain-water runoff to drain into the open culvert/ditch. The high water has broken up a section of the asphalt surface on the embankment and scoured out a pothole right where my driveway and the street meet. The underside of the street surface is starting to be exposed. Could you send out someone to patch the embankment and pothole. Thank you.
