Description
it be possible to have crushed rock placed in the alley in middle of 800 N. 21st Street from alley entry to point on 21st St in Alley where rocks meet paved portion of alley? Your Dept ran the new water pipe from the meter, up the alley to the rear entry point on his building. This required removal /displacement of much of the gravel in alley.
