CUSTOMER IS CONCERNED BECAUSE ITS A DEAD TREE AND THE LIMBS ARE FALLING OFF AND THEY ARE WORRIED THAT ITS GOING TO FALL ON SOMEONE OR A CAR OR ONTO THEIR PROPERTY AND DO SOME REAL DAMAGE.
