Mr. David Carter called me and gave me DPW000781 saying no one has been out ot talk to him about his request. I told him that Mr. Brown looked at the tree on 10/08/18 and has indicated that he is schedulingthe tree on the side of his house for pruning. I apologized for Mr. Brown not contacting him while he was there (Mr. Carter said he is disabled and doesn't leave his house) and told him that I would have Mr. Brown call him with the planned timeframe.His phone number is 804-661-4731.

Mr. Carter called again today and said that Mr. Brown hasn't talked to him about this concern. I told him that Norm has indicated that id is going to prune an oak but he still would like Norm to talk to him.
