RESIDENT IS CALLING BECAUSE THERE IS A DEAD TREE IN FRONT OF HIS NEIGHBORS HOUSE AND THE BRANCHES KEEP FALLING AND SHE WANTS SOMEONE TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT BEFORE IT CAUSES MORE SERIOUS DAMAGE.
