Hi, I'm hoping to get maintenance performed on a city tree in front of my property. I'm hoping to get some large limbs trimmed that hang over my hours at 4813 Leonard Pkwy, Richmond, VA. My understanding is that I need to get the city arborist to inspect the tree first to approve the work. I understand that I would be responsible for paying for it and just need it to be inspected.
