Good morning I hope all is well. There is a tree located at 3154 – 3156 Stockton St. the home owner believes it is the Cities Responsibility to take it down before it falls and hurt someone. The property owner is Mr. Arthur Vandenesse who can be reached at (804) 306-0315. When you get a chance can you have an arborist give him a call, thanking you in advance. Have a blessed day.
