Dear sir or madam, I have rented a house at 900 Pine Ridge Rd for ten years. There are multiple trees on the property that are in poor health and probably pose a danger to the house and to the neighbors' houses. I have asked the owner of the house to take action on this matter several times and he did have two or three trees cut about 5 years ago but has not had any cut since then.
