Description

Joyce Knight (804-389-6954) contacted the City of Richmond last week to report a littering problem she is having in the alley behind her house. She was advised that they would report this to the proper department and ensure that the problem would be taken care of. As of 2:28pm on 6.19.18 that has not happened. The residents of 2604 Harold Ave. put litter in the alley and do not put it in the super can. DPW workers who pick up super cans do not pick it up either. The trash day is Wednesday.
