Description
the City has several trash cans that they own in the 1200 block of Bellevue Ave. In the last 3 weeks, the tops have not been replaced on 3-4 each week. i was happy yesterday to see that all tops were on the cans. however when i looked in the cans this morning, it was obvious that they have not been emptied this week at all !! no wonder the lids were on properly, the merchants have to place on the cans correctly every week.
