Description

Large tree leaning on the corner of Grove Avenue and W. Lock Lane. The tree has dropped several large branches onto Grove Ave. in the past week that were big enough to damage cars and block one lane on Grove.

    tree was healthy and not to be removed. After some time the tree was removed illegally. damage to city tree on file. close.
