Description
One massive pothole/road hazard as you go down Brander St off of Hull Street. The gravel that had filled it in has eroded away leaving railroad tracks which have multiple broken joints (it's a set of intersecting tracks), sharp points, and deep ridges. People can break ankles, fall off bicycles in the dark because there is no real light over that area. It's also very rough on cars.
