Description
The tree in front of my house is dead. Its leaves still come back every year, but it is rotting away from the inside. During a strong storm last year, a large branch hanging over the street fell off of the tree, very narrowly missing my car. Now all of the major branches are on the side of the tree facing my house, so the next major storm can result in it, or at least a large branch, falling into my house. The tree is taller than my house and will destroy it if it falls. It must be removed.
