Description
Several years ago the city removed a tree which left the sidewalk in very poor shape. The small part that goes to the street is busted up and has a hole in it. The main part has a piece of concrete raised up approximately 10 inches and is basically a step which is very dangerous at night to people walking. I have seen many people trip and fall. The problem is located directly in front of 1317 Avondale Ave Richmond Va 23227. Thanks
