Description
Police Investigate an autotheft frm Richmond resident last sen n diffrnt part of a city. Vechicle last seen in Norfolk va. Suspects two black men on va beach blvd. Vechicle was placed on a museum property and was damaged by the citizens of the city and customers of the museum. Vechicle was moved b/c of construction& taken without permission.
