previous ticket DPU000036671 Sewer line cameras The tree roots have caused an issue with the citizens pipes. Please assist. response was by MELVIN, LEON J August 25, 2026 8:58 am The video emailed does not clearly show any information. There is an easement of 8' off of the mainline. The issue may be on private property. CITIZEN IS NOT PLEASE AND NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE SHE sewer back up and plumber did all the work on property and ound blockage and pipe was replaced but to roots on city side AND NEED TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE BY CITY
