Description
Vehicle parked near: Chrysler Museum of Art, 1 Memorial Pl, Norfolk, VA 23510 which is having construction of an building. I have reported this issue several times. I stay on 22nd street, Richmond va. 23223. I have my property parked by the Chrysler museum. However the museum informed me to move the property because they are about to do a demolition. So when I moved the property, it got towed.
