Description
reached out about the ramp that is in front of her home. She stated at the end of the ramp it is a whole lot of standing water after it rains. She stated RRHA said it isn’t their responsibility it is the city. When she has to get on the van and it rains, she has a hard time getting on the van and she has to go down the street to get on the van.
