Description
Light is out in the alley. The alley is the first on the right when turning onto Rowland from grove ave. It is a half alley and does not go straight through the block to meadow. It stops after 4-5 backyards.

It is in the very first alley on the right on rowland when turning off grove ave. technicians recently came out and said they did not see the street light which means they were not in the correct alley. I attached a few photos to point towards the light. TH88 was part of a metal sign on it but I am not sure if that is the light #
