Description
Caller requesting immediate assistance from a request that was submitted 9/15/25 under Standard Tree Maintenance and the caller submitted the request incorrectly Caller states the tree roots underground has is causing problems with the sewer line. Caller states she has spent almost $4K for her tenants to keep running water. Caller states Michael & Sons came to the house on Sat (9/5, 9/6 and 9/8/26. Caller states the camera placed 9/8 and it was determined the tree roots are on the COR side of the property and the tree roots need to removed. Caller also states Michael & Sons came out in 2025, and she replaced the new sewer line and clean out. Caller states the roots is causing the problems and is requesting if this can be an immediate fix.
