Description
The stoplights at Midlothian Turnpike and Arcadia Street, and Midlothian Turnpike and Carnation Street seem to be out of sync. I work on Midlothian Turnpike and on multiple occasions it has taken me more than 25 minutes to get to Chippenham Parkway, even outside of rush hour. The Arcadia Street light takes a very long time to turn green, and that backs the traffic up at the Carnation Street light.
