Description
Allwood Ave between Warwick Rd and Lovells Rd is very dark at night. Due to often excessive speeds and moderate to heavy foot traffic additional lighting will increase visibility and subsequently assist with pedestrian safety. Additionally vehicles often stop for motorists to engage in activities such as alcohol consumption, littering and urination; increased lighting will help to deter such behavior.
