Description
Road floods with a small amount of rain. Other stormwater inlets nearby seem to drain okay, but the inlets under the bridge show standing water for several hours after a small rain. The flooding often blocks one or more lanes. The original location in the request was wrong, sorry. The correct location should be 1816 Westwood Ave (the inlets under I-95).
