Resident can follow up on status of repair with Dominion Energy directly at 1-866-591-0157 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order 34925177 for pole TG16 and 34925179 for pole SG75. City of Richmond does not follow up on Dominion Energy repairs, nor make repairs Dominion Energy lights, poles or wires.
