Description

Hi, the entrance of the chase bank at 1302 E Cary St and 13th st need to have a metal rail or cover to cross from the main street to the building walkway especially when its raining, the street water will accumulate Infront of the main door blocking safe access in and out of the building and will have huge water pool Infront of the main entrance which is the only exit and entrance, thank you for your help in dealing with this issue and trying to fix it.
