Description
Construction next door continues despite a posted Stop Work Order. Stormwater from the site flows directly downhill onto our property, damaging mature trees and shrubs and draining toward our basement. This has continued for over a month. The City issued the Stop Work Order but refuses to enforce or explain the violation while also claiming there is no violation. Our property is being destroyed.
