Description

There is a fire hydrant and storm water drain right next to each other along the 3100 Semmes Avenue property, on the corner of Semmes Ave and 31st street. The storm water drain itself has major cracks and breakage in the concrete, the front portion has completely broken revealing rebar, and the top has broken into two major pieces. Half of the major concrete breakage appears to be sinking. The soil surrounding the drain appears to be sinking as well, most notably a large hole has appeared over time between the drain and the fire hydrant, roughly feet wide.
