Description
This construction site is creating an ongoing public safety hazard. Trash is left throughout the area onto neighboring property, and the alley/roadway repeatedly flood after rain, with water sometimes reaching nearly knee-deep and taking hours to drain. The flooding extends into neighboring properties and creates a hidden hazard. Please inspect the site and cite any applicable code violations.
