Description
Manhole is on property at 1019 Hull on right hand side under tree when facing building. Is this manhole the cities property? or since it is on the property is is owned by the property owner. When it is opened up there is water sitting in it. We are having some water issues in the front of the builidng and wonder if it might be associated with the water in the manhole.
