Description
Right behind the house addressed at 1121 N 21st St. Richmond VA 23223 - there is a power line with a hanging opened and broken electrical box. It hangs above the alley and where parked vehicles are/sidewalk area. There are also hanging wires, cord and broken metal piece hanging at the bottom of the power line pole. The broken electrical box/power line that needs repair is above the entrance to the alley way right behind 1121 N 21st St. house. Please repair as soon as possible, thanks.
