Description
Cars speed (40+ MPH) going north and south on Commerce making it difficult and unsafe for vehicles turning out of the neighborhoods and businesses along here. A light at Perry and Commerce would help slow the traffic on Commerce down while making it safer for vehicles and pedestrians to cross.
