Description
The storm basin is on Columbia St right between Oakland Ave and Webber Ave. It's the storm basin right inbetween those 2 street intersection. Stated that the street get flooded whenever it rains caus the basin is clogged and the water is running right into his yard at 2411 Webber St. He would like for it to looked at and advises that DPU can call him if they have any questions on the exact location
