Description

There is a 4 foot stormwater culvert that passes under the railroad tracks that is completely covered/blocked with mud and debris causing the water to collect and overflow over the top of the railroad tracks causing significant erosion and flooding behind 4105 Castlewood road. This has been an ongoing issue causing property damage at 4105 Castlewood road and erosion down the adjacent stormwater runoff creek/ditch.
