Description
6241 Forest Hill Ave, eastbound Forest Hill, just east of Heartwood. In the right side tire track. The manhole cover is about four inches below the elevation of the pavement and creates quite an impact on a vehicle's suspension when run over at speed. Drivers familiar with the are often swerve left or right to miss this depression. A driver swerved into the left lane and almost collided with my vehicle. In the past it was reported that this is a water valve cover so how about notifying DPU and having them make the fix. A simple 3-4 inch riser ring will take care of the issue.

A picture has been attached and this complaint has been reported to dispatch for handling by the water distribution group for correction. A call has been placed to the customer sharing details of this tickets closure.
