Description
In the eastbound lane of Park, near the fork before Plum, something odd is happening where the road is patched. The pavement curves up, and there is a round VERTICAL hole, about 3 inches wide, in the pavement. By pothole standards, the hole is tiny, but that it's vertical could signal a bigger problem.
