Description
Caller states her water meter is located in the alley and left of the alley the trucks are able to drive on that side. Caller states when they drive on her side of the alley, the trucks are driving on the water meter and due to the tree branches in the entire caller can't determine if the water meter has been damage. Caller is requesting for someone to come to make sure the wetter is still in tack. Also also states travelling onto Gladstone Avenue into the there are two missing manhole covers from the storm
