Description
Grady Heart - City Council - James Richmond is the Customer- Stormwater drain is completely blockand floods the street. Cars are not able to reach the road. Customer states the water flooded his engine. This ticket came from Councilman Grady Hart. This is an ongoing problem and needs to attention. No phone number just his email address. 1500-1512 Moore Street. (drainage floods terrible). This came over from a DPU Rep#.
